DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – A Penbrook man, is arrested on two counts of failing to comply with the requirements of Megan’s Law.
After an investigation, it was determined Troy Mcfall, 44, has been using a vehicle which he did not register with the State Police. Based upon his status as a Tier 3 Megan’s Law sex offender, Mcfall is required to register every vehicle he operates.
Mcfall has been out on bail on an unrelated Megan’s Law violation.
Mcfall was arraigned on the new charges and bail was set at $100,000. He was placed in the Dauphin County Prison after being unable to post bail.
