Lebanon City man charged in 2nd bank robbery

suspectLEBANON COUNTY, Pa. – South Lebanon Township Police have charged a Lebanon man in the September robbery of a M&T Bank in the township.  Police say Earl Franklin Miller, 24, is the hooded man in a surveillance photo who robbed the bank at 903 State Drive on Tuesday,  September 15.

Charges against Miller include Robbery and Theft by Unlawful Taking.

Miller is also charged along with Miguel Castro, in the September 23rd robbery of the Jonestown Bank & Trust bank branch, 2 West Main Street, in Jonestown Borough.
