LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – Police say an 89 year old man was run over and killed by a truck on a farm in East Hempfield Township. It happen at about 2:19 pm Wednesday at the farm at 667 Champ Boulevard
Responding emergency crews found the man lying in a field. Investigators say the unidentified man was watching corn and grain harvesting operations when he was inadvertently run over by a grain truck driven by a 27 year old male.
The victim sustain critical injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are withholding the name of deceased. The investigation continues.
