Minivan linked to construction site theft

UPPER ALLEN TWP, Cumberland County, Pa –Police are looking for a vehicle that may be linked to a theft from a construction site. On Wednesday, October 21st, 2015 the Upper Allen Police were called to the 1700 block of Haralson Drive for a report of theft of construction equipment. Police say sometime between 5:00pm on October 20th, and 7:00am on October 21st, someone got into a Case 580 Super M series backhoe and took a driver’s seat assembly. The silver minivan pictured above was seen at the construction site, being operated by a white male driver. Upper Allen Police are seeking information on the identity of the operator, and owner, in connection with this investigation.
