WORMLEYSBURG, Pa.–Police are looking for a Florida man who recently posed as a fake repairman in Wormleysburg.

Luke M. Ely, 22, of Coral Springs, is charged with theft by deception. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Ely entered a business in Wormleysurg and claimed he was there to make repairs to machinery, according to police. Authorities did not provide the name of the business that was targeted.  Ely then presented an invoice under a business name from Exton, Pennsylvania.  Police discovered that the business never contacted Ely and he never completed the repairs listed on the invoice.

Investigators believe Ely is still in Pennsylvania.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call West Shore Regional Police at 717-238-9676.
