PLEASANT
We’re in for a day of clouds in advance of our next storm system.  Expect highs today on the cooler side with middle 50s.  By evening, we could see some light rain and the next storm system approaches.  Overnight, steady rain fills in across the area.

SOGGY WEDNESDAY
Plentiful moisture leftover from the remnants of Patricia will stream into the area, supporting a day of steady, soaking rain.  Expect showers with some embedded downpours to slide by for the duration of your Wednesday morning and midday.

Jeff_Surface Map SHOW

By late afternoon, the showers become more scattered and as we warm, we may see some embedded thunderstorms.  The setup may support some localized severe storms with a small chance for pockets of damaging wind isolated tornadoes.  Stay alert.

Storm Timeline D2

Highs are in the middle to upper 60s as the warmer air gets forced in with the storm.  Expect a breezy day too.  Showers taper into the overnight hours.  We’ll see 1-2” of rain area wide.

LATE WEEK
Expect a mild Thursday too as we await the cooler push of air behind the system.  We’re talking upper 60s with clouds giving way to sunshine.  It’s another breezy day too.  Friday, the cooler air arrives with highs only in the middle 50s, despite plentiful sunshine.

WEEKEND
It’s another seasonal weekend for us.  Saturday looks dry with sunshine giving way to clouds later.  Highs are in the upper 50s.  Sunday, we’ll see more clouds with highs near 60°.

DAYLIGHT SAVING ENDS
Saturday night is the end of daylight saving time.  Don’t forget to change any manual clocks back one hour before bed.  Also, it’s a good time to check the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
