Students not injured in head on bus crash in York

NORTH CODORUS, TWP, PA- Police say no students were injured in a school bus crash Wednesday in North Codorus Township.

The accident happened around 3 p.m. near Lake Club Lane and Lehman.

Police say the vehicle that collided with the bus was driven by 28-year-old Lacey Zartman of York. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

According to police, the school bus had stopped with red lights flashing when a vehicle coming from the opposite direction slid and crashed into the front of the bus.

The 16 students involved were reportedly from middle, intermediate, and high schools in the Spring Grove Area School District.

As a precaution, the students were taken back to school for medical attention.

No injuries were reported in the crash.
