SPRINGETTSBURY TOWNSHIP, Pa.–The York County coroner’s office has identified the 69-year-old man who was killed as he crossed Route 30 in York County on Thursday night.

Charles Frazier, of York, was struck by a vehicle as he crossed Route 30 near Mt. Zion Road in Springettsbury Township shortly before 8 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators have not released the name of the 20-year-old driver who struck Frazier.

Anyone who may have witnessed the accident is asked to call Springettsbury Township Police at 717-757-3525.
