HARRISBURG, Pa.–A woman was arrested Wednesday night after police said she shot at a repo man who was trying to tow away her vehicle in Harrisburg.
Stephanie Rodriguez-Hernandez is charged with criminal attempted homicide, receiving stolen property, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver heroin.
Officers responded to the first block of North 18th Street shortly after 8:30 p.m. Wednesday for a report of shots fired. Investigators met with the victim at the scene who explained he works for a repossession company and was repossessing a vehicle that was associated with Rodriguez-Hernandez. As he was towing the vehicle away–Rodriguez-Hernandez fired a shot at him.
She was taken into custody on her porch. Officers searched her home and found a baggie of marijuana, a gun that was reported stolen out of Dubois and 30 baggies of heroin worth a street value of $300.
