LANCASTER, Pa. -- A shooting in Lancaster Tuesday night sent one person to the hospital.
It happened at about 11:30 in the 700 block of East Madison Street. Police say a 19-year-old was shot and is being transported to a local hospital by private vehicle.
According to police, the male victim was shot in the hip. His injuries are non life threatening.
Witnesses said they saw several men running from the scene after the reported shooting, police said.
