After seven years together, HogMaw has played their share of gigs. However, perhaps one of their most important shows is coming up this weekend.

This Friday, the Bluegrass band has been chosen to kick-off the grand opening of the newly renovated back room at The Tourist Inn in Hallam, York County. The renovation created a top notch music venue aimed at attracting a more diverse crowd to the area.

A statement from the Inn's owner Annette Fullerton Thoman reads, "The Back Room at Tourist Inn is excited to say that we have been teaming up with our music and arts community to provide a revitalized experience in friendly and affordable entertainment. In our on-going pledge to give back, we will continue to offer events that benefit our surrounding community as well as support the growth of local and regional music."

You can get more information on the project here.

If you're unable to make the show, HogMaw's music is available on iTunes.
