LANCASTER, Pa- Ephrata Police have an arrest warrant out for a man they said was involved in a shooting on November 9th.
Police say 26-year-old Omar A. Colon is being charged with aggravated assault, possession of firearm prohibited, firearm carried with out a license and recklessly endangering another person.
The charges come after Colon shot a male victim in Ephrata Borough. After the shooting Colon fled the area in a silver Audi police said.
Police say his last known address was in Lancaster City.
