YORK, Pa. - It beginning to look a lot like Christmas in York city. Volunteers  hung wreathes and greens on light posts on Sunday. It's all to get the White Rose city ready for the holidays. Folks who come into York will be able to see the decorations around the area of Continental Square, even though it's before Thanksgiving.

"I've never gotten anyone saying it's too soon or there's too much Christmas," Downtown Inc. Marketing Director Meagan Feeser said, "I think people, once they start to see the greens or they see the star go up in the square or the Christmas tree is arriving tomorrow, I think, it's Christmas in people's minds and they accept it at this point."
