WEST LAMPETER TOWNSHIP, Pa.–A 23-year-old man is now facing charges connected to a robbery in Lancaster County last week that left him with severe burns, authorities said. Two men still remain at large.

Kervin Perales was arrested Friday night after he was released from Crozer Chester Medical Center in Delaware County. He was being treated for severe burns following a fiery crash in West Lampeter Township on Nov. 16.

The first robbery happened around 4:20 a.m. at the Turkey Hill located along t he 300 block of East Main Street in Mountville Borough. Two men, armed with guns, entered the store and demanded money, police said. Almost an hour later–police believe the same men entered the Sunoco located along the 200 block of N. Decatur Street in Strasburg and robbed the clerk at gunpoint. The men got away with cash and cigarettes.

Perales is charged with robbery (for the Strasburg store), conspiracy, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and other traffic violations. He was arraigned Saturday and taken to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of$125,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 1.

Police continue to search for two other men wanted in connection with the robberies.
