LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A Lancaster woman is sent to jail on several charges including violation of a Protection from Abuse order.
Ephrata Police responded over the weekend to a home in the 100 block of Brickyard Circle for a female inside the home of a man who had a PFA order against the suspect which prohibited any contact between the two.
The woman was identified as Denise Brosnan, 35 whom police took into custody for violating the PFA order.
Brosnan is charged with Indirect Criminal Contempt for violating the PFA order. She was taken to Ephrata Wellspan Hospital for treatment. Following arraignment on Monday, Brosnan was committed to Lancaster County Prison for violation of probation.
