HARRISBURG, Pa. - Since November 27, no one has been shot in Harrisburg. Residents feel it is something to applaud and a timeline to extend. They are sick of the homicides plaguing their city. Seventeen people were murdered this year. When activist Rayon Braxton, 25, was murdered on November 27, it was the last straw.

The families of homicide victims, concerned residents, and activists alike all came together to have a meeting to discuss what could be done. Sunday at the Boys and Girls Club, a follow-up meeting was held. Over 100 people came together to share ideas on how to stop the killings.

The organization is now called "One Nation". They plan to hold more meetings, have grief groups and most importantly, plan things so kids have something to do.
