CLOUDS STICK AROUND: It’s been a cloudy, foggy Wednesday, and these conditions are expected to stay with us through the night. Temperatures don’t budge much through the evening and overnight as a week system passes through. A few overnight showers are possible too. Temperatures are in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Clouds and fog remain through much of Thursday morning, but gradually, the sun returns. Expect afternoon high temperatures in the lower to middle 50s on Thursday.

WEEKEND WARMING: A warming pattern sets up for the weekend. Expect plenty of sunshine Friday and Saturday. Highs are in the 50s Friday, and many spots are in the lower 60s Saturday! Sunday remains warm under partly cloudy skies. Highs are in the lower to middle 60s. Record high temperatures and record high low temperatures could be broken.

SYSTEM NEXT WEEK: Our next system brings showers on Monday, so expect a soggy day. Temperatures are still well above average, with readings in the upper 50s to lower 60s. Skies dry out by Tuesday, with partly cloudy skies expected. Wednesday brings more sunshine as well. Temperatures remain well above average for this time of year, with readings in the 50s.
