Police searching for 2 men after skimming device attached to ATM

WRIGHTSVILLE, Pa. — Authorities are looking for two men accused of placing a skimming device onto an ATM in Wrightsville  in September.

Andre Nelson, 34,  and Andrew Brooks, 25,  both of Baltimore, Md., are each charged with theft by unlawful taking, access device fraud and conspiracy to commit access device fraud.

Police say both Nelson and Brooks used the illegal device to obtain a Wrightsville resident’s credit card information to make purchases.
