UPDATE: The Cumberland County Sheriffs office has located Mclaughlin.
CARLISLE, Pa.–A Cumberland County prisoner that was granted temporary leave has failed to return to jail.
Satcheria J. Mclaughlin, 23, was granted a pass on Friday to go to a doctor’s appointment, but he did not return.
Mclaughlin’s last known address is 343 West Penn Street in Carlisle. He is described as a white male, 5’7″ in height, 165 pounds with blue eyes.
He was serving time for robbery and flight to avoid apprehension.
