HARRISBURG, Pa – A federal grand jury in Harrisburg has indicted Manuel Valadez-Mirales, for illegally re-entering the United States after having been previously deported.
The maximum penalty under federal law is 2 years of imprisonment, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine.
