Man exposed himself in Manheim at least three times

MANHEIM BORO., Pa. —  Police are seeking a man who exposed himself in Manheim Borough on at least three occasions in the past month.  Borough police say the individual, an unidentified black male, exposed himself in public places at mid-afternoon on at least three recent days. At least one person saw each incident.

    The incidents:

  • November 11 at 3:45 p.m., in the first block of West Logan Avenue.
  • December 14 at 4 p.m., in the first block of North Main Street.
  • December 14 at 4:15 p.m., in the first block of North Wolf Street.

In two of the incidents, the suspect was masturbating. In all three incidents, he was leaning against a building with his pants pulled down. The man is described as having a light to medium skin complexion. He wore a black or dark-colored hooded sweatshirt each time.
