Gettysburg man arrested for child pornography

GETTYSBURG, Pa. — A Gettysburg man is charged with distributing and possessing child pornography. Jacob George Koenig, 28, of 8 Jackson Road, Lake Heritage, admitted to police he downloaded the child porn for sexual gratification. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office says Koenig downloaded and shared images via a peer-to-peer file sharing network. Searching his home, police found child porn on his computer, printed child pornography and a prohibited knife in his bedroom.

Koenig was arraigned on 20 counts of distributing child pornography, 20 counts possession of child pornography, as well as prohibited weapons charges. Bail was set at $25,000.
