BRISK START TO WEEKEND
Winds will be quite gusty for the next 24 to 36 hours before relaxing Sunday. This will make temperatures feel much colder. Clouds will eventually break up some through the night. Under partly cloudy skies, lows will drop fast to the mid and upper 20s. With the breeze, it will feel like the teens briefly. Not a lot of sunshine expected, and what we do see will mix with a lot of clouds.
Highs will only warm to the mid and upper 30s, a few degrees below average. We have to talk about wind chills for the first time in a long while, thanks to the gusty winds. They will be running in the 20’s and you’ll need to dress accordingly.
High pressure will build in from the south helping to relax the winds late in the evening and will clear the skies overnight. This will lead to another cold morning, with lows in the low to mid 20s Sunday. More sunshine expected and light winds will shift more to the west, allowing for temperatures to warm up to near 40.
UNSETTLED BUT MILD HOLIDAY WEEK

Right now, We may dodge some showers Christmas Eve, it all looks like temperatures will be the warmest of the week, warming into the 60s. Cold front swings through leaving drier conditions and more sunshine for Christmas Day. It will be Breezy and cooler, but still above average around 50 degrees.
