LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – East Lampeter Township Police say a Lancaster City woman and her 15 year old relative were arrested for stealing at the Wal-Mart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East over the weekend.
Felicita Ruiz, 36, and the 15 year juvenile are accused of filling a shopping cart with various merchandise last Saturday and then failing to scan all of the merchandise at the self check-out register in the amount of $728.38.
RUIZ, was charged with Retail Theft and Corruption of Minors. The 15 year old juvenile was also charged with Retail Theft.
