SHOWERS STAY: Beyond Christmas, we keep daily shower chances throughout the weekend. Temperatures continue to run well above seasonal averages for this time of year. Expect readings in the middle 50s Saturday, and then in the upper 50s to lower 60s on Sunday.
NEXT WEEK: A brief reprieve from the wet weather slips on Monday as an area of high pressure slides into the region. It brings some chilly, with readings in the 40s. Tuesday it’s back to shower chances, with afternoon temperatures back near 50 degrees. Expect some more sunshine for the area Wednesday.
