LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. -Pennsylvania State Police have charged a 19 year-old driver who fled a traffic stop on Route 30, Saturday night in Lancaster County. It happen at about 8:54 pm on Route 30 at Walnut Street.

Hector L. Rivera-Torres, of Lancaster, led police on a high speed chase that was ended on Franklin Street in the city due to safety concerns and weather conditions.  The male driver was behind the wheel of a silver Honda coupe with a loud muffler and orange fog lights.
