LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A routine traffic stop by Lititz Borough Police leads to the arrest of a Lancaster City man on a bench warrant. Roberto David Gutierrez, Jr., 18, was stopped at about 11:08 pm on Wednesday, December 23 for a traffic violation in the first block of North Locust Street, Lititz.
Police then discovered the arrest warrant for Gutierrez. When taken into custody police found him in possession of two bags of marijuana.
Gutierrez is being held on the bench warrant at Lancaster County Prison.
