Man shot twice in Lancaster

LANCASTER, Pa. - Police responded to the scene of a late afternoon shooting in Lancaster.  It happened around 3:30 p.m. near the intersection of South Marshall Street and East End Avenue at the Garden Court Apartment complex.

LANCASTER2IMG_0676An unidentified man was reportedly shot twice.  He was rushed to a local hospital. Police say it was not a random shooting. They have a lead on a suspect, but no arrests have been made yet.
