CHANGES FOR THE NEW YEAR
We will welcome the New Year this evening with chilly temperatures in the 30’s. The area remainS dry but clouds will be stubborn to break up. I do expect more sunshine for New Year’s Day but clouds will be a plenty. Highs will be cooler and more seasonable in the upper 30’s to low 40’s.

NewYearsDay_Afternoon Forecast

A disturbance coming in during the late day hours will keep the clouds around overnight and bring in even colder air for the start of the weekend. Morning lows will be in the 20’s, while afternoon highs will slowly climb through the 30’s under partly cloudy skies. Sunday, another disturbance rotating in, brings yet another shot of colder air for the overnight period into the start of next week. It will be a cold start in the 20’s, and with more sunshine than clouds, highs should reach 40 degrees in many spots.

NOVEMBER AVERAGES
Unlike December, we’ll see temperatures closer to average for the beginning of the month, but expect another warm up as we head into the mid and later part of the week.
