Harrisburg police: Robbery motive in homicide, three suspects arrested

HARRISBURG, Pa. – Harrisburg’s first homicide victim of 2016 was the apparent victim of a robbery.  Police also announce the arrests of three suspects in the case.

parkermugInvestigators say Andre Parker, 19 and another unidentified 25 year old male, were lured to the 300 block of Burchfield Street just before 1 am Monday for a robbery. They say during the course of the robbery shots were fired and Parker was killed.  The other victim was grazed by a bullet. He was treated at a local hospital.

The suspects are identified as Ayanna Perryman, 18, Na’shae Thompson, 18, and Eiane McCollum also 18.

Perryman and Thompson are charged with Criminal Homicide, 2 counts of Robbery and 2 counts of Criminal Conspiracy.  In addition to the robbery charges, McCollum is charged with Criminal Conspiracy – Homicide, Criminal Attempt Homicide and Carrying a Firearm without a License.
