As we kick off the new year, so does the typical resolution of wanting to be fit.  Power Train fitness expert, Steve Saunders stopped by FOX 43's set today to explain to us on why being committed to something, will ultimately make you more successful versus just general motivation.

Steve also gave us tips for typical issues he sees on the gym floor and also dismisses some fitness myths.
