LANCASTER, Pa.–Authorities are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who they say stole items from an unlocked car in Lancaster city last month.

It happened along the 100 block of North Franklin Street on Dec. 11.

The man is seen on nearby surveillance cameras checking the vehicle to see if it is unlocked. He then enters the vehicle through the unlocked driver’s side  and removes the stereo and other items. The man was last seen running west on East Orange Street.

The suspect was last wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, light blue jeans and baseball cap with a Yankees logo.
