CHESTER COUNTY, Pa. –  Police in Chester County are on the lookout for a 33 year old pastor accused of raping and impregnating a teenage girl.  West Whiteland Township Police have an arrest warrant charging Rev. Jacob “Jake” Malone, of South Whiteford Road, Exton, with Rape, Institutional Sexual Assault and related offenses.

Police were made aware of the case by members of the church where Rev. Malone is currently the Pastor.  In statement to investigators the victim said that she had met Malone at a church in Mesa, Arizona when she was approximately 12-years-old. Malone was a Pastor at the church that the victim attended.

Several years later, in June of 2014, Malone contacted the 17-year-old victim. He invited her to stay with him and his family in Minnesota where he had become a Pastor at a local church. While in Minnesota, the victim alleged that Malone began trying to have inappropriate contact with her.

In July 2014, Malone moved his family to Chester County where he was starting a new position as a Pastor at a church in the county. Malone again invited the victim to live with him and his family and he even registered the victim in a local high school. The victim reported that Malone began sexually assaulting her in the fall of 2014 while she was living at his residence in the unit block of Atherton Drive in Exton.

The victim also said that she attended the church Malone was a Pastor at during this time period. The victim said that Malone provided alcohol to her on two occasions after she turned 18 years of age. During one of those incidents, the victim alleged that she became highly intoxicated and was molested by Malone.

The lead investigator in the case told FOX43 that Malone is aware of the warrant and has hired an attorney. He also said that Malone was out of the country, in Ecuador and that he expects Malone to turn himself in by the end of the week.
