Tuna & Almond Pad Thai served over Rice noodles
Fresh tuna filet rolled in seeds
Fresh cilantro
Fresh lime wedges
Almond slivers
Wasabi peas
Olivias Thai ginger sauce
Fresh julienned zucchini
Fresh broccoli

After rolling in the fresh tuna in a blend of seeds sear until a medium rare
Sauté remaining ingredients together and finish off w the fresh ginger sauce
Raw oysters served on the half shell along w fresh cabbage & cucumber mignotte
1/2 European seedless cucumber finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped scallions
1/2 cup Napa cabbage finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh chopped ginger
1 cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of kosher salt
In a small bowl, mix the cucumber, cabbage, ginger, scallions, sugar, black pepper, rice wine vinegar, & pinch of salt
Shuck the oysters & nestle them atop a bed of salted ice. Garnish w lemon wedge, & a Side of tabasco sauce. Serve immediately.
