LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A fight between a Lancaster County couple draws blood and jail time for both. West Hempfield Township Police responded at about 9:11 pm Monday to a home in the 200 block of West Main Street, Mountville for a reported fight.
They also received information that one individual was bleeding and that he would require stitches. They were also told that the phone line at the home was left open and then disconnected.
Upon arrival, officers found Jase M. Taylor, 38, sitting on the front porch of the residence, bleeding from a head wound. Taylor said that he and his girlfriend, Loren Montero, 48, had been involved in a domestic dispute. Montero had left prior to officers arriving but was located a short distance away. Both Taylor and Montero allege that they each received injuries during the fight from the other. They were transported to separate hospitals for treatment.
Upon release from the hospital, they were each charged with Simple Assault and transported to Central Arraignment where they were then sent to Lancaster County Prison.
