Animal rescue must make changes or could close

MONROE TOWNSHIP, Pa. - A meeting was held in Monroe Township to discuss residents' concerns over Speranza Animal Rescue. The rescue has been operating for about three years. Now, it is considered a kennel and must meet zoning requirements. Another meeting, on the issue, will be held at the township building at 7:00pm on February 9.
