LANCASTER, Pa- Police  are investigating two overnight armed robberies, both at Turkey Hill’s in Lancaster City.

According to police the  first robbery occurred at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday at the Turkey Hill located along the 400 block of East Chestnut Street.

Police are describing the suspect  as a Hispanic male in his late thirties, approx. 5’9” tall, husky build, wearing jeans and a black coat with the hood pulled over his face.

Police say the suspect removed a handgun from his waistband and demanded cash. The  clerk gave an  undisclosed amount of cash to suspect, who then fled store.

The suspect was last  was seen getting into a maroon Honda which had been parked at Chestnut St. and Ann St. police said. The vehicle was last seen driving south on Ann Street.

The second robbery occurred  around  2:45 a.m. Thursday at the Turkey Hill  along the 800 block of Manor Street. Police are describing the suspect as a white male, 20-30 years old, approx. 6’1” tall, slight build, wearing a camo colored jacket, and gray sweatpants.

Police say the suspect also displayed a handgun and demanded cash. The clerk gave small amount of cash to the  suspect, who fled store, got on a bicycle and was last seen in the area of Ruby St. and Fourth St.
