MANCHESTER TWP., York County, Pa. — State Police are on the scene of an accident around mile marker 25 of I-83 North in the area of the Willow Springs Industrial Park.
Interstate 83 northbound is closed at mile marker 24. All vehicles are being directed off the interstate at exit 24. Police say it will be closed for a few hours while the investigation continues. Motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible. If anybody has any information regarding this incident they are asked to call PSP York at 716-428-1011.
