YORK, Pa- US Marshals arrested a man Tuesday wanted for a homicide in Lebanon shooting back in September.
Marshals arrested 25-year-old Richard Kinnard II of York in Tuscon, Arizona.
Kinnard was thrown out of Vinny’s Good Times on September 19.
Police said Kinnard then fire shots into the bar, killing 31-year-old Corey Bryan who was working security.
The Lebanon City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for Kinnard, along with Jared Jones, after responding to the shooting in the 700 block of Reinoehl Street in Lebanon.
Marshals developed information that Kinnard had fled to Arizona and alerted the Marshals task force there, the release states.
Kinnard was turned over to local authorities pending court proceedings and extradition back to Pennsylvania. An arrest warrant is still out for Jones.
