LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A Lancaster County Prison inmate who failed to return after his work release detail is back in custody. Delvon Knight, 28, was last seen at about 11:30 pm Wednesday night in the area of the RRTA station at 225 North Queen Street.
Knight surrendered himself today at the Lancaster City Police station. He is expected to be arraigned and charged with Escape. Afterwards Knight will be returned to the prison.
