DENVER, Pa.–A 13-year-old girl was injured Thursday night after she was struck by an SUV in Lancaster County, according to the East Cocalico Township Police Department.
It happened shortly before 9:15 p.m. along the 100 block of Main Street in Denver.
Police say the girl had just stepped off of a youth ministry bus when she was struck by the SUV.
The girl was taken to a local hospital where she was evaluated and released, police said.
The driver of the SUV is cooperating with police and the investigation is ongoing.
