Lancaster City man charged in two separate Turkey Hill armed robberies

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – Manheim Township Police identified a Lancaster City man in the armed robbery of two Turkey Hill convenience stores on February 1.

The first occurred at about 2:30 am at the Turkey Hill in the 800 block of New Holland Avenue.  The suspected armed with a handgun got away with some cigarettes.

At about the 6:30 pm the Turkey Hill in the 5900 block of Main Street, East Petersburg, was robbed by a lone male under similar circumstances.

Josue Cruz-Perez, 27, of East Strawberry Street, Lancaster was developed as the suspect in both robberies.  Cruz-Perez was taken into custody by city police on February 3.  Charges against Cruz-Perez, include two counts of Robbery and Theft. He is being held at Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $200,000
