Two charged with stealing key fobs from auto auction

PENN TWP., Lancaster County, Pa. — Police in Lancaster County took two foreign nationals into custody and charged them for theft of 23 key fobs from the Manheim Auto Auction. A total value of the key fobs was was listed as $7,596.00.

Baqar Tsiklauri, 25, of Brooklyn, New York, and Mikhel Patashari, 23, also of Brooklyn, are charged with Criminal Conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking.

Both were arraigned before MDJ Edward Tobin and placed in Lancaster County Prison.
