Winter Storm Warning for Lancaster, Adams, York Counties

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for snow in Adams, York, and Lancaster Counties.

That warning is in effect from midnight tonight to 1 a.m. Wednesday.

Snow accumulations are expected to be 4 to 8 inches.

The rain/snow mix this evening will transition to snow after midnight and continue through Tuesday. The period of most intense snow will be during the day Tuesday.

Dangerous travel conditions should be expected, especially during the Tuesday peak commute. Use extreme caution if traveling.
