Light snow comes to end across the area by midnight. An additional 1 to 2” of snowfall is likely. Clouds will break up but skies remain mostly cloudy. Flurries will be possible from time to time. Lows will drop to the mid and upper 20s, which will cause roads and overpasses to become icy.
Clouds will mix with some sunshine limiting temperatures to the mid 30s. The breeze kicks in early out of the west 10 to 15mph with higher gusts to 25mph. High pressure builds in towards evening clearing the skies and allowing temperatures to fall quickly Wednesday night into Thursday morning. More sunshine for Thursday but the bright skies will not help to warm temperatures too much. After morning lows in the teens, highs will not budge from the 20s.
