LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A Weis Markets manager is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the company. East Lampeter Strasburg Township Police arrested Lance Lauriello, 38, of Mountville on a Theft by Unlawful Taking or Deposition charge.
The charge followed an internal investigation by Weis Markets which revealed that $17,577.57 in cash receipts were missing from the company’s Bridgeport store. Lauriello, was employed as a manager at the Weis Markets store, and had direct access to cash receipts. He admitted to the theft during the investigation.

Following arraignment Lauriello was released on $10,000 bail.
