YORK, Pa. - A young dog seen outside of a York City home for hours in subfreezing temperatures raised the concern of neighbors and passersby.   A photo of the dog was even posted on Facebook which sparked more response.

A FOX43 photographer stopped by the home along the 900 block of East Philadelphia Street to check on the canine. He spoke to the dog's owner who said the dog kept outside while he was using strong cleaning chemicals inside. He didn't want the dog inhale the fumes.

Two animal rescuers also stopped to make sure everything was okay. After a brief conversation they left.  The dog appears to be in good shape and there's no need for concern.
