Man accused of stealing $12,900 watch from store in Lancaster County

EAST LAMPETER TOWNSHIP, Pa.– Police are looking for a man who they say stole a $12,900 watch from a store in Lancaster County on Wednesday evening.

It happened at the Movado Company store at the Tanger Outlets in East Lampeter Township just after 6 p.m.

Police say the man entered the store and asked an employee to see the high-end watch. Once the thief had the watch on his wrist he exclaimed “wow, that’s nice” before taking off with the expensive accessory, according to police reports.

The suspect is described as a black male, between 40 to 45 years of age, 6’2″ in height and 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, grey sweatpants, a white hat and sunglasses.

The stolen watch  is a silver Concord C2 watch, with white alligator leather straps, diamond bezel, and a white dial with three sub-dials.
