Lancaster man sold stolen jewelry at pawn shop

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa.– A Lancaster County man is charged in the theft of jewelry from a home in Cumberland County in November 2015.

Upper Allen Police responded on November 10, 2015 to a home in the 200 block of Melbourne Lane for a report of a jewelry theft.  The victim told police that 28 year old Michael J. Gaudino, II, previously had access to their home for several weeks and that the jewelry was missing from the home during that time.

As the result of an investigation, police found that Gaudino had sold the stolen jewelry at a pawn shop in Lancaster.

A warrant was obtained and on February 9th, Gaudino was arrested and committed to Cumberland County Prison. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for February 22.
