LEBANON, Pa.–A man charged in connection with the shooting death of a security guard at a bar in Lebanon in  Sept. 2015 has been has been extradited back to Pennsylvania to face criminal charges, police say.

Richard Kinnard II, 24, of York, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Tucson, Arizona on Jan. 26. He was returned to Pennsylvania on Feb. 12 and was taken to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility without bail.

Kinnard is charged with criminal homicide, 20 counts of recklessly endangering another person, three counts of conspiracy, two counts of aggravated assault, receiving stolen property, discharge of a firearm into occupied structure and possession of a firearm prohibited.

His accomplice, Jared D. Jones, 25, of York, was arrested on Jan. 28 at a hotel in Hershey.  Authorities charged Jones with criminal homicide, three counts of conspiracy and two counts of aggravated assault.

Police say Kinnard and Jones shot and killed 31-year-old Corey Bryan, a security officer, at a night club along the 700 block of Reinoehl Street in Lebanon on Sept. 19.

Kinnard had been  thrown out of Vinny’s Good Times Bar prior to the shooting, investigators said. Kinnard allegedly fired shots through an exit door as the bar was closing, and Jones served as the getaway driver, according to police reports.
